Learn together
Treat others respectfully regardless of background, gender, disability, religion, age or experience. Ask rather than assume knowledge. Critique ideas and work, not people.
Respect boundaries
Harassment, discrimination, threats and publishing private information have no place here. Ask for consent before taking photos or publishing personal details. Respect a no.
Find support
If a problem arises, speak to an organiser or use the general contact address. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Do not report personal incidents in public issues.
This code is a proposal for community discussion. Confidential contacts and the process for reports and actions will be published once they have been agreed together.
