Look with fresh eyes

Open an application and try to complete a specific task. Where do you get stuck? What is unclear? Write down the steps so others can follow your observation.

Make feedback useful

A good issue describes the expected result and what actually happened. Mention the browser and device when relevant. Remove personal information from screenshots.

Improve things together

Ask the project before investing a lot of time. A small suggestion for help text, a source reference or a test is often a good start.
